The Friends' Association
The Friends' Association is made up of a group of volunteers who work incredibly hard to fundraise for the school.
Funds raised have helped many school projects including new books, upgrading the ICT suite, playtime equipment and subsidising school trips.
If you would like to be part of the Friends' Association, please contact the school office or any of the Friends' Association personnel.
June 2018- New Fund Raising Initiative - Every time you order something from Amazon, they will give 0.5% of the price to a charity of your choice. And the Friends of St Michael's, Stewkley is now one of the charities you can choose. Thank you for your support!
The Friends of St Michael’s School have organised an Easter Raffle with prizes including:
1st Prize: 2 nights for a family of 4 in a Glamping Pod at Upper Wingbury Farm.
2nd Prize: A family ticket (2 adults 2 children) to see the open air production
of Gangsta Granny at Ascot House.
3rd Prize: Tea for 2 at The Five Arrows, Waddesdon
and many more (keep your eye on the notice board for more details)!!
Raffle tickets are coming home today for each family and we hope you will sell lots over the Easter Holiday.
Please ensure that all raffle ticket stubs are COMPLETED and that they are returned along with appropriate money and any unsold tickets by 1st May 2019 in the envelope provided. The draw will take place on 3rd May 2019. If you require more tickets please visit the school office. The family selling the most tickets will receive a £10 Amazon voucher!!! Thank you in advance for your help in selling raffle tickets. Proceeds will be put towards new IT equipment which will benefit ALL of our children. Thank you for your support.

They collect any good quality adult and children’s clothing, paired shoes (tied together with an elastic band), hats, belts, handbags, ties and soft toys. Please remember no bedding, curtains, towels, household linen or bric-a-brac. Thank you for your support.

Thank you to all the Friends members, parent, grandparent and office and teacher helpers - it was a major team effort, with just 3 weeks to organise this event. Without all of your help this event would not have been possible.
You may have noticed the works on the KS2 playground, the play equipment is being installed ! Keep an eye in the newsletter for further updates.
Next terms fund raising focus will be raising funds for:
Outside all weather ping pong tables
Roll play equipment for foundation
Computer technology development
If you would like to be a Friends Key member or If you are any good at baking and would like to join the Friends baking team then please sign up at the school office.
